Endolift® for sagging cheeks is particularly suitable for people with mild to moderate sagging in the lower cheek region who do not wish to undergo surgery. The method is less suitable for people with very pronounced excess skin or very deeply sagging fat compartments - a facelift or a combination treatment may be more appropriate here.
The method can achieve a significant but natural tightening effect. Endolift® around the sagging cheeks can noticeably lift sagging tissue and redefine contours - without excessive tension. Additional volume optimisation (e.g. midface augmentation) may be necessary for more pronounced sagging cheeks.

The laser fibre is placed in a targeted manner to tighten the skin, reduce fat deposits and gently lift contours.
Slight redness disappears after a few days and at a follow-up check we discuss whether further Endolift® treatments are necessary on the cheeks.
Sagging cheeks are usually caused by a combination of fat deposits, decreasing skin elasticity and decreasing muscle tone. Endolift® offers the opportunity to treat specific localised areas in order to tighten the skin and redefine contours. Unlike a facelift, which treats the entire face, the minimally invasive laser treatment allows for pinpoint correction that respects the individual shape of the face. An ultra-fine laser fibre is used with the help of Sonography under the skin to selectively reduce fat cells and stimulate collagen production. At the same time, the treatment can also be harmoniously integrated into existing skin and tissue structures so that not only the area of sagging cheeks but also neighbouring cheek areas benefit visually. This creates a natural, fresh expression without the risk of overcorrection or the mask-like look that many people fear with facelifts.
A major risk in the treatment of sagging cheeks is that natural facial expressions may be impaired. This is simply due to the fact that the cheeks occupy a fairly central and large proportion of the facial structure. Excessive tightening can therefore quickly make the face appear rigid or create unnatural shadows.
